I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor- RTC and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-SEP. My therapy practice enables me to offer effective, individualized care. My work integrates Somatic Experiencing® trauma healing (including early developmental trauma from pre-verbal periods), Therapeutic Counselling, Hakomi (a body-centered system of psychotherapy) and Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release
